Better Flush Next Time

Flush

Don't stick your head in there — it could get stuck. That is exactly what happens to experienced cocaine user Luc in a club outhouse. While looking at the sanitary facilities from below, he tries to free his head, win back his ex-girlfriend and convince drug dealers that he didn't steal their goods. 10 points for the movie premise of the Year.

Responsible for FLUSH is French Director Gregory Morin, who keeps us trapped in a toilet for 70 minutes with surprising inventiveness. You have to decide for yourself whether this is a stroke of genius or clumsy toilet humor. In fact, you have to have a stable stomach, but you're rewarded for that with, well, a really nice production and good acting. The Grand Nation can actually make gold out of faeces.
