As is usual among attractive young people at pool parties, the Aztec death pipe should not be missing. The terrifying whistle from the cursed instrument conjures up future death — and it is targeting those who are still alive today.
Corin Hardy is no stranger to the horror genre and has already gained an international fan base with THE HALLOW (2015) and THE NUN (2018). Unfortunately, we can't say exactly what to expect at WHISTLE — we too will see the film for the first time at the festival. But one or the other jump scare is likely to be there, and if the worst comes to the worst, there would still be Nick Frost to save the day.
